Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes in food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop and maintain high-quality menus that reflect our culinary vision and meet customer expectations
- Train and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to promote teamwork and professional growth
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maintain profitability
- Uphold and enforce strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with management to create an engaging and fun work culture that fosters creativity, teamwork, and employee satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients to continuously improve our offerings
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus, as they will enable effective communication with our diverse team
